Program Description
Our Home-Stay Programs are especially structured
for foreigners to experience life in China. Since the
inception of the new policy on leasing properties to
foreigners due to its accession to the WTO in February
2002, China have welcomed foreigners to live in typical
Chinese apartments.
This provides a better opportunity for foreigners to
live and experience Chinese language and culture at
its best. This can be for a few weeks, a few days or
for a few months, at your application request.
If you are looking for a rich cultural exchange and experience while building
a friendship with a Chinese family, this is the right
program for you!
This program suits best for individuals who want to live, work, would later
want to write a book about China in the future; its
people's life experiances, etc.

Processing and Program Fees
Non-refundable application fee of USD 100.
A one-time non-refundable processing fee of USD 200
will be due as soon as we have found the host family.
Above fees will be used to identify appropriate host
family and to cover program administration, orientation
and ongoing activities. All fees should be due at the
signing of your Agreement Contract.
A Program Fee of USD 350 or up per month (depending
on host family requirements) will be your home-stay
expense.
First month's due will be paid as you come to China.
Following program fees will be paid on a per month basis.
Eligibility
Passport holder of any foreign country.
You must be at least 18 years at the signing of the
Agreement Contract.
You are a full-time university student or you have obtained
a 4-year degree course.
What to Submit
- Completed Online Application
Form.
- Non-refundable application fee of USD 100.
- One-time non-refundable processing fee of USD 200.
- Program fees of USD 350 or up per month, paid on
a monthly basis. Program Fees could go higher than
USD 350 per month depending on host family requirement
on a case to case basis.
- Letter of Intent or Objective summarizing why you
would like to join a Home-Stay program.
- A letter of introduction about yourself, including
background information.
- 7. 2"x2" Picture with white background.
- Copy of the first page of your passport.
- Medical notice of good health.
- Detailed resume.
- Copy of transcript and university diploma, if available.
- Reference letter with contact information.
