The right packing for your trip to China...
Our advice is to pack light. Try to keep it down
to a roll-on and a large backpack. Articles of clothing
and other items are very cheap in China, so you can always
pick up an item or two if you need it.
If you take the following list of
items with you on your journey to China, you should be
well prepared for whatever might come:
1. Valid passport.
2. The correct visa (Tourist or Work).
3. Traveler checks.
4. Resumes.
5. Copies of College diploma or transcripts.
6. Nice work clothes and shoes.
7. A few articles of light clothing.
8. At least 2 passport photos.
9. Comfortable walking shoes.
10. Thermal underwear (in colder regions).
11. Backpack.
12. Rain gear.
13. Credit Card.
14. Photos from home.
15. Travel guide.
In China you will want to bring as few articles of
clothing as possible. The cost of clothing is very low
and unless you are a "Big & Tall" person,
everything is available.
