(CEX) was established with the mission to send ESL teachers
and related educational / government / enterprise experts
and interns to China.
CEX is a non-profit educational/government/enterprise
service network set up and supported by Dr. Albert Lai
and his friends in both sides of the Pacific. Dr. Lai
is the Chairman and President of ASM Overseas Corporation

CEX programs are officially recognized by International
Center for Research and Exchange, as an educational
service institute under supervision of the State Council
of the People's Republic of China.
CEX works closely with local FESCO
offices (FESCO is the largest human resources staffing
organization servicing foreigners in China). It also
works in partnership with the China Society
for Strategy and Management, a high ranking
think tank that reports directly to the State Council,
through its connections in all levels of Chinese government
and industries. We work to identify the need for foreign
teachers, professional experts, and internship opportunities
in government and enterprises.
China Education Exchange offers an enriching alternative
