We were founded by Dr. Albert Lai and partners through Asia System Media Company. The China Education Exchange works in partnership with the China State Council, the highest governmental body in China, through its China Society for Strategy and Management, a very important think tank and training organization directly under the China State Council, and its International Center for Education Research and Exchange to identify the best English teaching positions and business internships in China.
In March 2003, The China Education Exchange joined forces with FESCO (the China Foreign Enterprise Service Company) to develop business internships and full-time employment opportunities for foreigners seeking positions with multinational organizations operating in China. FESCO is the only human resources firm in China that provides Chinese workers to multinational foreign firms. It has provided more than 21,000 Chinese employees to over 4,000 companies and serves many of world top 500 companies operating in China.
